Normal wear from appropriate event use is covered. Significant damage, breakage, loss, or items unavailable for collection are billed at replacement cost. The client remains responsible for the rental inventory while it is present at the event location.
Rental delivery generally occurs on the event date, approximately two to four hours before the event begins. Pickup may take place later that evening or the following morning, depending on venue access, staffing, the event end time, and whether the property permits equipment to remain overnight.
