Winslow's Catering Livermore operates under Fresh Pulp Holdings LLC, a Bay Area catering group with several regional brands. That structure is why a Livermore wedding gets the same depth as a downtown corporate gala: shared commercial kitchen capacity in Pleasanton, a trained event staff roster we draw from across the Tri-Valley, and our own inventory of chafers, china, linens, glassware and bars instead of a scramble of last-minute subrentals.
What stays local is everything you actually deal with. One coordinator owns your event from first email through final load-out, quotes are itemized line by line before you sign anything, and the person answering questions in week one is the person answering them the morning of. Jason has spent over a decade writing this menu against the only test that matters in catering: how a dish tastes forty minutes into service, after a drive across the valley and an hour on a chafer. If it turns dull, weeps, or nobody comes back for seconds, it gets cut.
The result is deliberately wide — California, Italian, Mexican, barbecue and Mediterranean — with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes written as their own plates instead of substitutions. Proteins are butchered in house, dressings and sauces are made from scratch, and the seasonal sections follow what Livermore Valley and Delta growers are picking that month rather than what a distributor is pushing.
